针对铸造成型数值模拟计算结果数据特点,提出了实现铸造成型充模过程实时动态动画的节点邻接单元算法,并详细阐述了其关键技术,然后基于该算法开发了全三维铸造成型数值模拟充模过程的实时动态动画显示。经实例验证表明,该方法简单、计算量少、绘制显示速度快、且易于实现,能够使技术人员更直接、更详细、更动态地观察、研究模拟分析结果。
Aiming at the characteristics of numerical simulation results of cast molding, a new algorithm of node adjacencies to realize real-time dynamic animation of casting mold filling process is proposed and its key technologies are expounded in detail. Based on this algorithm, a full three-dimensional numerical simulation of mold filling process Real-time dynamic animation display. The experimental results show that the method is simple, the calculation is small, the rendering speed is fast and easy to implement, which enables the technicians to observe and study the simulation results more directly, more detailedly and dynamically.
