食物中毒是一类经常发生并对人体健康和生命造成严重损害的中毒性疾病。尽管现代科学技术已发展到了相当水平,但在保证食品安全的问题上,食物中毒仍然是一个困扰世界的难题。为全面了解食物中毒发生特点,有针对性地采取预防措施,我们对宜昌市及所辖九县(市)1960~1999年城乡发生的食物中毒案例进行了回顾性分析,现将结果报告如下。
Food poisoning is a type of toxic disease that frequently occurs and causes serious damage to human health and life. Although modern science and technology have reached a considerable level, food poisoning remains a dilemma to the world in ensuring food safety. In order to fully understand the characteristics of food poisoning and take preventive measures in a targeted manner, we conducted a retrospective analysis of food poisoning cases in urban and rural areas in Yichang and nine counties (cities) from 1960 to 1999, and the results are reported as follows.
