作者用Griffing双列杂交方法Ⅲ和Yates-Cockerham方法对油茶不同单株之间交配亲和力进行了估测和分析。试验结果表明,交配亲和力是影响油茶当代植株结实的一个重要因素,其中,一般亲和力和反交效应(包括母体影响)的影响,都达到极显著水平。特殊亲和力没有达到显著水平。作者认为,油茶良种选育应注意交配亲和力的选择。在优树选择中,可对候选优树和初选优树进行亲和力估测,以确定它们是否入选。在用无性繁殖方法发展油茶林或改造低产油茶林时,应根据优树无性系交配亲和力估测结果,搭配无性系植株。
The authors used Griffing double-row hybridization method III and Yates-Cockerham method to estimate and analyze the mating affinity between different plants of Camellia oleifera. The results showed that the mating affinity is an important factor affecting the robustness of Camellia oleifera plants. Among them, the effects of general affinity and anti-cross effects (including maternal effects) reached extremely significant levels. Special affinities did not reach significant levels. The author believes that the selection of Camellia seed breeding should pay attention to the choice of mating affinity. In tree selection, the affinity of candidate trees and primaries can be estimated to determine if they are enrolled. In the process of clonal propagation of Camellia oleifera forest or low-yield transformation Camellia oleifera clones should be based on tree clones affinity test results, with clonal plants.
