以木瓜叶为原料,用超声波辅助提取木瓜叶中的多糖,并对其抗氧化活性进行研究。通过单因素试验和正交试验确定最佳提取条件,试验表明:超声波频率90kHz、醇沉浓度95%、提取时间60min、料液比1:25(m/v)的条件下,木瓜叶中多糖得率最高,达到2.47%。抗氧化试验表明,木瓜叶多糖具有较强清除DPPH.和.OH自由基的能力,其IC50(半抑制浓度)分别为29、110μg/mL。
Using papaya leaves as raw material, the polysaccharides in papaya leaves were extracted with ultrasonic wave and the antioxidant activities of the polysaccharides were studied. The optimum extraction conditions were determined by single factor test and orthogonal test. The results showed that polysaccharides of papaya leaf polysaccharide could be obtained under the conditions of ultrasonic frequency of 90 kHz, alcohol concentration of 95%, extraction time of 60 min and ratio of material to liquid of 1:25 (m / v) The highest yield, reaching 2.47%. Antioxidant tests showed that papaya leaf polysaccharide has strong ability to scavenge DPPH · and · OH radicals with IC50 (half inhibitory concentration) of 29 and 110 μg / mL, respectively.
