目的:分析不同吸附树脂对远志总皂苷的纯化效果,为吸附树脂的筛选提供指导。方法:采用静态吸附与解吸实验对吸附树脂的纯化性能进行考察,运用紫外-分光光度法和高效液相色谱法分析树脂纯化后的解吸液中的总皂苷类成分的色谱变化情况。结果:D101和X-5型吸附树脂对远志总皂苷的吸附和解吸能力优于其他树脂,色谱法分析结果表明X-5型吸附树脂纯化后的解吸液的水解液,完整地保留了远志皂苷元标准品色谱图中的一系列吸收峰。结论:X-5型吸附树脂纯化远志皂苷的效果好。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the purification effect of different adsorbing resins on total saponins from Polygala tenuifolia and to provide guidance for the screening of adsorptive resins. Methods: The purification performance of adsorbent resin was investigated by static adsorption and desorption experiments. The chromatographic changes of the total saponins in the desorption solution were analyzed by UV-spectrophotometry and high performance liquid chromatography. Results: The adsorption and desorption capacities of total saponins of Polygala tenuifaciens P101 and X-5 were better than those of other resins. The results of chromatographic analysis indicated that the hydrolyzate of the desorption solution purified by X-5 adsorption resin completely preserved the saponin A series of absorption peaks in the standard chromatogram. Conclusion: X-5 adsorption resin purification of Polygalaceae is good.
