目的:探讨醋柳总黄酮对急性血瘀模型大鼠血液流变学的影响。方法:将每只实验大鼠皮下注射 01% 肾上腺素02 m l,然后于冰水中浸泡5 m in,以复制急性血瘀模型,观察血液流变学各参数变化。结果:醋柳总黄酮100,200 m g/kg 每天灌胃给药1 次,连续给药7 d,可使急性血瘀模型大鼠全血低切比粘度、血浆比粘度,血浆纤维蛋白原浓度、血沉、红细胞压积、红细胞聚集指数及红细胞刚性指数明显降低,其药效与复方丹参片相当。对全血高切比粘度及红细胞电泳时间无明显影响。结论:醋柳总黄酮对急性血瘀模型大鼠血液流变学的异常改变有明显的改善作用,这对于防止动脉硬化的发展、并发症的发生均有益处。
Objective: To investigate the effect of total flavonoids of Hexaphylla on blood rheology in rats with acute blood stasis. METHODS: Each experimental rat was injected subcutaneously with 01% adrenaline 02 ml and then soaked in ice water for 5 min to replicate the acute blood stasis model and observe changes in various parameters of hemorheology. RESULTS: Total flavonoids of Glycyrrhiza vinegar 100,200 m g/kg were administered by intragastric administration once a day for 7 days, and the blood viscosity, plasma specific viscosity, plasma fibrinogen of acute blood stasis model rats could be reduced. The concentration, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, hematocrit, erythrocyte aggregation index, and erythrocyte rigidity index were significantly reduced, and its efficacy was comparable to that of compound Danshen tablets. There was no significant effect on whole blood high specific viscosity and electrophoretic time of red blood cells. Conclusion: Total flavonoids from vinegar have obvious improvement on the abnormal changes of hemorheology in rats with acute blood stasis, which is beneficial to prevent the development of arteriosclerosis and the occurrence of complications.
