目的探讨西南高职院校新生肝功现状,为预防学生肝病发展提供依据。方法收集贵州省某高职院校2016级1 340名新生肝功生化结果,采集其性别、年龄、民族、生源地信息。运用SPSS18软件统计血清ALT、AST、TBIL、DBIL异常率,比较参考值区间内男女血清TP、ALB均值,分析肝功生化指标的民族、地域特点。结果⑴血清ALT、AST异常率女生分别为11.18%、6.96%,高于男生的6.92%、4.30%,其差异(χ~2分别=6.812、4.091,P分别<0.01、0.05);TBIL、DBIL异常率男生分别为4.11%,7.29%,高于女生的0.75%、1.99%,其差异(χ~2分别=17.807、22.956,P均<0.01);⑵参考区间内血清ALB含量男生(52.75±1.71)g/L高于女生(51.77±1.85)g/L,其差异有统计学意义(F=57.850,P<0.001);云南男生的血清ALB含量(50.91±3.86)g/L,低于贵州的(52.79±1.62)g/L、四川的(53.27±1.26)g/L、重庆的(52.47±1.49)g/L,其差异(F=3.893,P<0.01);⑶贵州苗族学生血清AST活性(24.27±5.51U/L)高于汉族学生的(22.59±4.85U/L)。结论体质因素导致男生血清ALB高于女生,且高海拔地区学生偏低;血清AST活性存在民族差异。转氨酶异常率女生高于男生与军训和参考界值选择相关。
Objective To explore the status of liver function in freshmen in southwestern vocational colleges and provide basis for preventing the development of liver disease in students. Methods A total of 1 340 newborn liver biopsy results were collected from a 2016 vocational school in a vocational school in Guizhou province. The gender, age, ethnicity, and source information were collected. The abnormal rates of serum ALT, AST, TBIL and DBIL were calculated by SPSS18 software. The mean serum TP and ALB of the reference range were compared to analyze the national and regional characteristics of liver function. Results ① The abnormal rates of serum ALT and AST in girls were 11.18% and 6.96% respectively, higher than those of boys (6.92% and 4.30%, respectively) (χ ~ 2 = 6.812 and 4.091, P <0.01 and 0.05 respectively) The abnormal rate of boys was 4.11%, 7.29% respectively, which was higher than that of female students (0.75%, 1.99%) (χ ~ 2 = 17.807,22.956, P <0.01) 1.71) g / L was higher than girls (51.77 ± 1.85) g / L, the difference was statistically significant (F = 57.850, P <0.001); Yunnan boys’ serum ALB content was (50.91 ± 3.86) g / (52.79 ± 1.62) g / L in Guizhou, (53.27 ± 1.26) g / L in Sichuan and 52.47 ± 1.49 g / L in Chongqing (F = 3.893, P <0.01) AST activity (24.27 ± 5.51U / L) was higher than that of Han students (22.59 ± 4.85U / L). Conclusion The body composition of male students with serum ALB higher than girls, and high altitude students low; there are ethnic serum AST activity differences. Abnormal rate of aminotransferase girls than boys and military training and reference to the value of choice.
