本文报道伦敦铁路查林·克劳斯站在月台及铁路上空新建一座面积为4万多m~2的9层高级办公楼的基础设计施工经验。由于场地受严格制约,且施工时必须保证铁路正常运行,设计施工难度大。文中较详细地介绍了基础方案比较、设计计算、沉降预估及主要施工方法。
This article reports that the London railway Charin Claus has stood on the platform and the railway to build a new nine-storey office building with an area of more than 40,000 m2. Because the site is strictly constrained and the construction of the railway must ensure normal operation of the railway, design and construction are difficult. The paper introduces the basic scheme comparison, design calculation, settlement estimation and main construction methods in more detail.
