As the saying goes, it’s even harder to eat the hearts of those in the world who are well informed. But this problem is really a piece of cake for Yan Jinqin, the manager of Shanghai Jin Jiang Hotel. The Jin Jiang Hotel, adjacent to Shanghai Jin Jiang Hotel, opened in September 1988 and has hosted nearly 200 heads of nations from all over the world. Due to the geographical differences between them, the cultural differences are quite different, reflecting the wide variety of food preferences. Europeans like meat and life like sweet and sour; Japanese advocate light fine, fresh and raw seafood; Southeast Asians require mild and sour with sweet and sour; Africans have a soft spot for red braised, fried and curry.
