陶瓷是人类发展历史中及其重要的见证之一,自元代开始,青花瓷几乎是在世界面前绽放的一种姿态,成为中国陶瓷艺术的优秀代表。特别是元明清,可以说青花瓷不仅改变了瓷器在中国和世界的地位和发展方向,也为现代陶瓷艺术奠定了坚实的基础。。具有吉祥寓意的鱼藻纹颇受人们的喜爱,而且鱼藻纹在青花瓷器上的绘画可谓独具魅力,生动活泼,成为青花艺术中一种重要的装饰题材。《诗经》一书中最早记录鱼藻一词,在古代,在鱼藻纹的存在中,存在着两种差异:一是表达颂古讽今;二是表示吉祥如意。不同的社会背景对鱼藻纹有不同的文化意义,几乎是每个朝代都使用的主要装饰图案。
