高素质农民“有文化、懂技术、善经营、会管理”,代表中国农业的未来。日前,在河南洛阳召开的第二届全国农民教育培训发展论坛介绍,一年来,以高素质农民为主体的农民教育培训工作取得喜人成绩。目前,农民教育培训专项工程已基本覆盖所有农业县,2018年总投入资金20亿元,带动省级财政投入资金6.25亿元,重点开展农业经理人、新型农业经营主体带头人、现代创业创新青年和农业产业精准扶贫培训,共培养高素质农民约90万人。
