老年脑肿瘤临床症状隐袭,高颅内压表现不明显,多以肢体功能障碍首诊到内科.因其临床症状酷似脑梗塞,如未做特殊检查极易误诊.现将我院以脑梗塞收治内科的老年脑肿瘤10例报告报告如下.临床资料本组男性6例,女性4例,年龄61～75岁.从首诊到确诊时间最短2周.最长3月.门诊收治诊断脑梗塞5例,腔隙性脑梗塞3例,脑梗塞后遗症2例.10例中,6例有高血压病史,5例有脑血管病史.10例中发病时轻度头痛6例,头晕5例,构音障碍4例,中枢性面.肢瘫6例,呛咳4例,痛温觉障碍8例,病理反射阳性8例.10例均无视乳头水肿及脑膜刺激征.腰穿检查6例,脑脊液压力及生化常规均正常.
Older brain tumor insidious clinical manifestations of high intracranial pressure is not obvious, and more to the first physical diagnosis of limb dysfunction to medical.Because of clinical symptoms resembles cerebral infarction, if not done a special examination easily misdiagnosed .In our hospital with cerebral infarction The report of the treatment of senile brain tumors in 10 cases reported as follows.Clinical data of this group of 6 males and 4 females, aged 61 to 75 years from the first diagnosis to the shortest 2 weeks, the maximum of 3 months outpatient diagnosis and treatment of cerebral infarction 5 cases, lacunar infarction in 3 cases, 2 cases of cerebral infarction sequelae.Of the 10 cases, 6 cases had a history of hypertension, 5 cases had a history of cerebrovascular disease.Of the 10 cases, onset mild headache in 6 cases, dizziness in 5 cases, 4 cases of dysarthria, central facial paralysis in 6 cases, 4 cases of cough, pain and temperature disorders in 8 cases, pathological reflex positive in 8. 10 cases were ignoring papillary edema and meningeal irritation.Lumbar puncture in 6 cases, Cerebrospinal fluid pressure and biochemical routine are normal.
