中学阶段学习排列组合,有着重要意义。它是学习二项式定理的重要基础,更是学习概率初步所必需具备的基础知识。通过学习排列组合可以大大提高学生的抽象思维能力和逻辑推理能力。对这部分教材,不少学生感到难学。其主要原因是:(1)学生对排列组合概念生疏,解题方法也与其他章节不同,具有独特的风格,对学生来说是属于全新的东西。(2)虽然绝大部分的应用题题意十分简明,但由于排列或组合的种数繁多,往往难以一一列出,使得问题的解决要依赖于抽象思维能力和逻辑推理能力,初学的学生难以适应。为了使学生能自觉地、顺利地掌握这些知识,教学中我们采取了若干措施,加强了几个方面的教学,初步取得了一些效果,我们的体会如下。
