“对话比独白更重要,唤醒比注射更重要。”对话教学的开拓者特级教师孙建锋不仅说得曼妙,做得更有创意。一天上午,我执教了《威尼斯的小艇》后,和特级教师工作室成员一起静候孙建锋老师评课。“晓珊,请到你班上找一位叫赵海兰的学生过来。”当着工作室成员的面,孙老师温和地对我说。我先是一愣,脑海里倏地闪现上课的时候,孙老师拿着手机拍下了我的板书之后,就坐在赵海兰的旁边。去教室的路上,我又想起前不久孙老师在博客上的感言:“评课活动中,为什么不见学生?是他们不愿意参加,还是他们无权参加?为什么剥夺学生的讨论权?为什么屏蔽学生的声音?学生缺席的讨论,教师讨论愈热烈,愈显得一厢情愿。”莫非孙老师要一改以往评课时只有教师参与的弊端?
