提出了一种基于DCT变换的局部化数字图像水印算法,该算法利用基于Hausdorff测度的分类器,将水印信息嵌入到具有复杂纹理结构的图像块中,从而提高含水印图像抵抗切割攻击的鲁棒性,同时采用相关检测算法提高水印检测和提取的准确性。实验结果表明,所提出的算法具有良好的不可见性、低虚警率和安全性,在抵抗通常的噪声、频率域滤波、JPEG压缩、图像增强以及图像切割方面具有鲁棒性。
