食品安全是社会热点,也是国人关注的焦点,而公共食堂由于服务对象数量大,食品安全问题尤为重要,特别是对于幼儿园食堂而言,由于服务的对象是幼儿,更要严把食品安全,让孩子们吃得安全、吃得放心。本文将分析幼儿园食堂如何加强食品安全管理,将重点从五个方面进行阐述:严把源头,确保食材质量;精益求精,把关制作流程;保持谨慎,做好餐前餐中餐后;认真考核,加强日常监管;全员培训,提升安全意识。
