“七五”以来,我国相继从奥地利、德国、意大利、西班牙引进改性沥青油毡生产线12条,主要分布在北京、天津、武汉、沈阳、长春、盘锦、宝鸡、保定,总生产能力为11700万m~2/a. 改性沥青油毡所需胎基是以玻纤和化纤(无纺)为主,化纤胎基主要以聚酯为原料,俗称聚酯胎。聚酯胎改性沥青油毡防水性能较好,在油毡中属高档材料。近年,国外这种油毡发展较快,已占油毡总量的40%左右。而我国由于没有配套引进,加上管理体制上的原因,至今不能生产达到质量要求的聚酯胎基。我国聚酯无纺布生产厂家很多,大都开工率低、效益差。在开发新产品、新市场中,各地已注意到聚酯胎在国内处于空白的情况。虽然有些企业依靠自己的力量在试制,但一直生产不出符合国际标准的产品,主要是热收缩大且不稳定,纵横

In China, because of the lack of supporting introduction and management system, it has not been possible to produce polyester tire bases that meet quality requirements. There are many polyester non-woven fabric manufacturers in China, and most of them have low operating rates and poor efficiency. In the development of new products and new markets, localities have noticed that the polyester tires are left blank in the country. Although some companies rely on their own strength in trial production, they have not been able to produce products that meet international standards, mainly due to large heat shrinkage and instability.
