目前国产药芯焊丝与国外焊丝相比，普遍存在着焊丝质量不稳定的问题，主要表现在：药芯焊丝送丝不畅；工艺性能差，特别是飞溅大；药芯焊丝的气孔现象。鉴于焊丝上述的质量问题，我们在生产及试验过程中，有针对性地分析并研究了影响焊丝质量的几点生产工艺因素。1影响药芯焊丝 At present, compared with foreign wire, domestic-made flux-cored wire generally has the problem of unstable wire quality.
