企业资源计划(Enterprise Resource Planning,以下简称“ERP”),作为现代企业管理思想的精髓,越来越被更多的企业所接受。特别是近几年,随着软件系统不断完善,企业基础管理不断提升,很多企业都开始实施或者将要实施ERP,然而,并不是所有企业都能成功实施好ERP,也不是所有企业通过实施ERP能达到提升企业管理的目标。本文主要阐述了企业在实施ERP系统过程中应注意的几个问题,帮助企业杜绝盲目,陷入误区,提高成功率。
