礼仪,表现着民族历史的文化传统,反映着人民追求真善美的愿望,尊重别人,是一种高尚的品质,也是做人最基本的准则。随着中国经济的发展,商务交往活动日益频繁。商务谈判在日常经济运行中的作用日益重要,在此之中,决定商务谈判的成功与否的一个重要因素则是谈判人员的礼仪修养水平。双方企业谈判人员是否拥有良好的商务礼仪修养是商务活动取得成功的基础。换言之,了解商务礼仪的重要性,分析商务礼仪在谈判中的运用技巧,从而促进谈判的成功。
Etiquette, showing the cultural traditions of national history, reflects the people’s desire to pursue truth, good and beautiful, respect for others, is a noble quality, but also the most basic criteria for life. With the development of China’s economy, business contacts have become increasingly frequent. The role of business negotiations in day-to-day economic operations is increasingly important. Among these, an important factor that determines the success of business negotiations is the level of ceremonial accomplishment of negotiators. Whether business negotiators from both sides have good business etiquette or not is the basis for the success of business activities. In other words, to understand the importance of business etiquette, to analyze business etiquette in the negotiation skills, thereby promoting the success of the negotiations.
