传统的种子活力检测法不能实现对每一粒种子进行精准无损检测。通过实验研究了利用主观激光散斑和客观激光散斑检测大豆活力的方法,对已有的各种散斑动态特性描述算法的效果及检测速度进行了比较。结果表明,利用主观激光散斑和客观激光散斑均可实现对每一粒大豆种子活力的快速精准无损检测;需要以图像的形式给出定性检测结果时,应采用主观激光散斑进行检测,采用广义差分算法进行处理。需要得到大豆活力的定量检测结果时,应采用客观激光散斑进行检测,采用相关系数法对散斑进行处理。
The traditional method of seed vigor detection can not achieve precise non-destructive testing of every seed. The method of detecting the vitality of soybean by subjective laser speckle and objective laser speckle was experimentally studied, and the effects of all kinds of speckle dynamic characterization algorithms and the detection speed were compared. The results show that both subjective and objective laser speckle can be used to achieve rapid and accurate non-destructive testing of the vigor of each soybean seed. Subjective laser speckle should be used to detect qualitative test results in the form of images. Adopt the generalized difference algorithm to deal with. Need to get the quantitative test results of soybean vigor should be used to detect the objective laser speckle, the correlation coefficient method to deal with speckle.
