随着我国体育课程改革实施的不断深入,加大对体育教学与学生心理健康促进的研究,对于提升体育课程改革的效果有着重要意义。本研究以高职院校体育教学与大学生心理健康发展为研究对象,分析了高职院校大学生心理健康状况,并对影响高职院校大学生心理健康的因素进行探究,在此基础上提出了促进高职院校大学生心理健康发展的策略,希望通过本研究为高职院校体育教学的优化提供理论参考。
With the continuous deepening of the implementation of the PE curriculum reform in our country, increasing the research on PE teaching and students’ mental health promotion is of great significance to the improvement of PE curriculum reform. In this study, the physical education in higher vocational colleges and the development of college students’ mental health as the research object, analyzed the psychological health of college students in higher vocational colleges, and explore the factors that affect the mental health of college students in higher vocational colleges, on this basis, It is hoped that this research can provide a theoretical reference for the optimization of physical education in higher vocational colleges through promoting the development of mental health of college students in higher vocational colleges.
