采用基于国家传染病报告系统的数据和网络上公开的测绘数据,测试将锁眼标记语言(KML,keyhole Mark-upLanguage)应用于预防医学实践和研究的可行性。数据经清理后,利用地理信息系统(GIS,Geographic Information System)的空间模型,采用KML工具和语法表达制作空间数据的专题图,并利用GoogleEarth展现。结果表明,KML能够直观地表达传染病例空间分布信息,文件短小,易于共享、展示;在预防医学实践和研究中是有效、实用的工具。
The feasibility of applying keyhole markup language (KML) to prevent medical practice and research is tested using data based on the national infectious disease reporting system and publicly available mapping data on the web. After the data was cleaned up, the spatial model of spatial data was created by using the spatial model of Geographic Information System (GIS) and thematic map of spatial data was expressed by using KML tools and syntax, and the data was displayed by Google Earth. The results show that KML can express the space distribution information of infectious cases intuitively, the files are short, easy to share and display, and it is an effective and practical tool in preventing medical practice and research.
