广西边境西段那坡、靖西、大新三县民族地区农村职业教育具有一定的基础和规模,对广大边民开展形式多样的职业教育培训已取得一定成效,但还存在认识不够,投入不足,体制不顺,办学不活,发展不均等问题。因此,应转变观念,真正把边境民族地区农村职业教育当作兴边富民、巩固边疆的战略任务来落实;同时应转换政府管理职能,加强边境民族地区农村职业教育工作的宏观统筹和规划;建立符合边境民族地区实际的职业教育办学格局;走具有边境民族地区特色的农村职业教育发展路子。
Vocational education in rural areas in Naipo, Jingxi and Daxin counties in the western border of Guangxi has a certain foundation and scale. Some forms of vocational education and training for the broad masses of people have achieved some success, but there are still insufficient understanding, inadequate investment, System is not smooth, school is not active, the issue of uneven development. Therefore, we should change our concept and truly regard the rural vocational education in the border ethnic areas as a strategy to enrich the population and enrich the frontier areas. We should also transform the government management functions and strengthen the macro-planning and planning of rural vocational education in border ethnic areas. The actual patterns of running a school for vocational education in frontier minority areas should follow the development path of rural vocational education with the characteristics of the frontier minority areas.
