民航飞行流量持续增长,飞行冲突愈加剧烈,冲突解脱算法日益增多。但这些算法旨在规划出新航迹,解除未来飞行冲突。当前的解脱算法仅通过求解飞行时间或者燃料消耗最小值获得最优航迹,然后通过仿真实验定性说明解脱算法能够规划最优航迹。但尚未提出统一标准评价算法好坏。从民众比较关心的飞行总航程问题、航空器油耗量问题、管制员工作负荷问题和航空器碳排放量问题出发,首次提出评估函数,定量评价解脱算法的优劣。
Civil aviation flight flow continues to grow, the flight conflict is more intense, conflict relief algorithm is increasing. But these algorithms are designed to plan a new flight path to relieve future flight conflicts. The current exiting algorithm obtains the optimal trajectory only by solving the flight time or the minimum fuel consumption, and then through the simulation experiment qualitatively shows that the exiting algorithm can plan the optimal trajectory. However, a unified standard evaluation algorithm has not been proposed yet. Starting from the issue of general aviation flight, aircraft fuel consumption, controller workload and aircraft carbon emissions, the assessment function is proposed for the first time to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of the algorithm.
