本文在分析针阀偶件失效的基础上,对45钢针阀体和GCr15钢针阀进行了粉末渗硼和渗后热处理的研究。试验结果表明,渗硼层的高硬度,高耐磨性和良好的热硬性,与基体的良好尺寸稳定性相结合,能够适应针阀偶件的服役条件。快速冷磨对比试验结果表明,渗硼针阀偶件磨损寿命为淬火GCr15钢偶件的3~6倍;为高速钢针阀偶件的2倍。渗硼针阀偶件已装机使用5000h以上,尚可继续工作。
Based on the analysis of the failure of needle and pinion, this paper studied the 45 steel needle valve body and GCr15 steel needle valve after boronizing and infiltration heat treatment. The experimental results show that the high hardness, high wear resistance and good hot hardness of the boronizing layer can be combined with the good dimensional stability of the substrate to adapt to the service conditions of the needle and the valve couple. Rapid cooling comparison test results show that the wear life of boron carbide needle valve coupling parts for quenching GCr15 steel 3 to 6 times; for the high-speed steel needle valve 2 times. Boring needle valve has been installed using 5000h or more, can continue to work.
