本文报导D296树脂从含钼硫酸溶液中提取铼的性能。静态实验表明:在pH3—10范围内,铼的吸附率基本恒定,其值为94%;钼的吸附率在pH5.5处达最大。二者分离系数在pH8—10范围内有最大值β_(Re/Mo)=670。动态实验表明:在料液组成和工业料液组成基本相同时,该树脂对铼的吸附容量大于240mg/g,钼的吸附容量低于35mg/g;用8%NH_4OH+10%NH_4NO_3洗脱铼,回收率大于94%;经吸附一一洗脱后,铼富集约10倍。
This paper reports the D296 resin from the molybdenum solution containing rhenium performance. Static experiments show that the adsorption rate of rhenium is almost constant at the pH range of 3-10, the value is 94%, and the adsorption rate of molybdenum reaches the maximum at pH5.5. The separation coefficient between the two has the maximum value of β_ (Re / Mo) = 670 in the range of pH8-10. The dynamic experiments show that the adsorption capacity of rhenium on the resin is more than 240mg / g and the adsorption capacity of molybdenum is less than 35mg / g when the composition of the feed liquid and the industrial feed liquid are basically the same. The rhenium is eluted with 8% NH_4OH + 10% NH_4NO_3 , The recovery rate is greater than 94%; after adsorption by elution, rhenium enrichment about 10 times.
