新课程改革推进了教育教学现代化进程。近年来,我校带领教师不断学习全国各地先进的教育教学理念及措施,但到今天,仍听到有老教师说:“越教越不知怎么教,怎么越改越迷茫呢?”其实,改革是好的,只是有些人还没有彻底改变一些老的观念和做法,跟不上新形势,其中重要一点就是不能把握新课程提出后教师角色转换。一、教育教学的研究者长久以来,教学活动和教研活动是彼此分离的,教师的工作是 The new curriculum reform has advanced the process of education and teaching modernization.
