DTT式100 mm头螺毛坯产品的原生产工艺是经二次中频加热,整体冲压拉伸收口、后续需机加切断,并由整体分成分体,其产品的壁偏差过大,为6~8 mm,因此需在热处理前进行二次粗加工,以保证产品的壁偏差达到设计要求。对工艺进行研究和优化设计,改进的生产工艺为经一次加热、三工位一次挤压完成,其产品的壁偏差小于0.8 mm,达到了设计要求,并取消了产品热处理前的粗加工和半精加工。同时降低了材料消耗定额,提高了产品合格率,缩短了生产周期,提高了生产效率。 The original production process of DTT type 100mm roughing blank product is that after the second intermediate frequency heating, the overall stamping stretch is closed, the machine needs to be cut off in the follow-up, and is divided into whole parts. The wall deviation of the product is too large, which is 6-8 mm, so the need to heat treatment before the second roughing to ensure that the product of the wall to meet the design requirements.
