DTT式100 mm头螺毛坯产品的原生产工艺是经二次中频加热,整体冲压拉伸收口、后续需机加切断,并由整体分成分体,其产品的壁偏差过大,为6~8 mm,因此需在热处理前进行二次粗加工,以保证产品的壁偏差达到设计要求。对工艺进行研究和优化设计,改进的生产工艺为经一次加热、三工位一次挤压完成,其产品的壁偏差小于0.8 mm,达到了设计要求,并取消了产品热处理前的粗加工和半精加工。同时降低了材料消耗定额,提高了产品合格率,缩短了生产周期,提高了生产效率。
