中小学教师作为实施基础教育的直接力量,其光环的淡化不仅仅关乎该群体形象,也关乎所有家庭乃至整个社会与人类的未来。本文意在从改革开放以来我国中小学教师光环淡化这一现状出发,分析中小学教师光环淡化的原因,并探讨了中小学教师光环重塑的必要性,进而提出了一些重塑中小学教师光环的思考,以期为促进教师健康成长和教育工作的顺利进行提供一些依据。
Primary and secondary school teachers, as the direct force for the implementation of basic education, are not only concerned with the image of the group, but also the future of all families and even society and humanity as a whole. This article intends to start from the reform and opening up the primary and middle school teachers in the light desalination of the status quo, primary and secondary teachers to analyze the reasons for the desalination of aura, and discusses the necessity of primary and secondary teachers to reshape the aura, and then put forward some reshaping the aura of primary and secondary school teachers Thinking, in order to promote the healthy growth of teachers and education to provide some basis for the smooth progress.
