为进一步加强陕西省行政区划管理工作,规范行政区划调整和审批程序,经省政府同意,6月10日,陕西省下发《关于加强现就行政区划管理工作有关事项通知》。一、各级行政区划调整、辖区范围变更、政府办公驻地迁移、行政区域名称变更,要严格按照国务院《关于行政区划管理的规定》(国发[1985]8号)和省上有关规定,按程序进行申报审批。
