近年来,经国资委批准,石油石化企业核销处置了数额不小的不良资产,其中, 三年以上无动态的长期超储积压物资占相当的比例,有的一家公司就报废积压物资数千万元。物资大量超储积压,使企业存货占用资金和财务费用增加,减缓了资金周转,影响了企业的压费降本增效,造成了国有资产的重大损失。因此,认真防范物资采购、储存的风险,是改善和加强企业经营管理的重要课题。
