稻谷是不耐储藏的谷物,控温储藏技术是稻谷储藏的发展方向。我国稻谷控温储藏技术体系主要包括秋冬季的自然通风和机械通风降温降水技术以及降温保水技术、春季仓房和粮堆的隔热保冷技术、夏季的排积热和制冷设备补冷技术。稻谷控温储藏技术的发展趋势是,从仓房设计着手,增强其隔热与气密性;用智能通风技术取代手动控制通风技术;夏季补冷控温设备首选单制式分体空调器,采用定温模式控制制冷设备运行。
