目的研究川西小黄菊醇提液(AEPT)对垂体后叶素致心肌缺血大鼠血流动力学的影响。方法采用大鼠舌下静脉注射垂体后叶素制备急性心肌缺血模型,观察AEPT对大鼠注射垂体后叶素后对血流动力学的影响。将大鼠随机分为模型组、阳性对照组和AEPT大、小剂量组,测定各组大鼠血流动力学指标的平均动脉压(MBP)、左心室收缩压(LVsP)、左心室舒张末压(LVEDP)、左心室等容期压力最大变化速率(±dp/dtmax)。结果 AEPT大、小剂量组大鼠的SBP、DBP、MBP、±dp/dtmax、LVSP均高于模型组;LVEDP则均低于模型对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论 AEPT对心肌缺血大鼠的心脏舒缩功能有一定的保护作用。
Objective To study the effect of Atractylodis Thunbergii ethanol extract (AEPT) on the hemodynamics of posterior pituitary-induced myocardial ischemia in rats. Methods The rat model of acute myocardial ischemia was established by injecting the vasopressin into the sublingual vein to observe the effect of AEPT on the hemodynamics of the rats after injection of vasopressin. The rats were randomly divided into model group, positive control group and AEPT large and small dose groups. The mean arterial pressure (MBP), left ventricular systolic pressure (LVsP), left ventricular end-diastolic pressure Pressure (LVEDP), maximum rate of change of pressure in left ventricular isovolumes (± dp / dtmax). Results The levels of SBP, DBP, MBP, ± dp / dtmax and LVSP in the large and small dose AEPT groups were significantly higher than those in the untreated group, while those in the LVEDP group were lower than those in the model control group (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusion AEPT may have protective effects on cardiac systolic and diastolic function in rats with myocardial ischemia.
