目的给予骨科护理管理中实施人文关怀,研究应用效果。方法本次探究需要在我院2015年8月~2016年8月所收治的骨科骨折患者中利用自愿参与原则选取400例作为样本人群,按照随机数字表法对400例患者实行均分,2组患者分别命名为研究组和参照组,每组200例患者。在参照组患者护理管理中应用常规护理,在研究组患者护理管理中应用人文关怀。结果研究组患者的护理质量和护理满意度均获得了显著性提升且对比于参照组患者而言存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予骨科护理管理中实施人文关怀的应用效果较为理想,值得临床借鉴。
Objective To provide humanistic care in orthopedic nursing management and to study the application effect. Methods In this study, 400 patients were selected as volunteers in the orthopedic fracture patients admitted from August 2015 to August 2016 in our hospital. According to the random number table, 400 patients were divided into two groups Patients were named study group and reference group, each group 200 patients. Applying routine care in reference group patient care management and applying humane care in patient care management in study group. Results The quality of care and nursing satisfaction of the study group patients were significantly improved compared with the reference group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of humane care in the management of orthopedic nursing is more effective and worthy of clinical reference.
