模拟信号的处理通常是用硬件来实现的,例如用滤波器进行信号滤波,用放大器放大信号等等,这些都是一维信号的处理.若要用硬件来处理二维或多维信号,在原理上会有很大困难,因而二维图像只有用扫描的方法变成一维(单一时间变量)信号以后,才能用硬件进行处理,如电视、传真等等.
Analog signal processing is usually implemented in hardware, such as filtering the signal with a filter, amplifying the signal with an amplifier, etc. These are all aspects of one-dimensional signal processing. To process two-dimensional or multi-dimensional signals in hardware, It can be very hard to deal with it. Therefore, the two-dimensional image can be processed by hardware only after being scanned into a one-dimensional (single time variable) signal, such as television, fax and so on.
