目的观察败丹黄配方颗粒鼻腔灌洗对慢性鼻窦炎鼻内镜手术(FESS)术后的临床疗效及黏膜修复的影响。方法对60例11型慢性鼻窦炎患者,在鼻内镜手术后,采用Foley导管鼻腔灌洗法进行鼻腔灌洗,患者随机分成二组,治疗组用败丹黄灌洗液,并与常规的西药灌洗液进行对照,随访6个月,比较两组的疗效。结果尽管两组的治愈率无明显差异(P>0.05),但治疗组鼻腔修复时间明显短于对照组,在提前结束治疗病例的有效率有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论中药配方颗粒剂配制成败丹黄液鼻腔灌洗液,其理化指标更符合鼻黏膜的生理要求,有效的鼻腔灌洗能缩短鼻黏膜修复时间,提高临床疗效。
Objective To observe the curative effect of mucosa repair and the clinical efficacy of the decoction of decoction of Dan-Huang formula nasal lavage on patients with chronic sinusitis after endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS). Methods Sixty patients with type 11 chronic sinusitis were treated with nasal lavage using Foley catheter nasal lavage after nasal endoscopic surgery. The patients were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated with losartan lavage fluid and compared with the conventional Western medicine lavage control, followed up for 6 months, compared the efficacy of the two groups. Results Although the cure rate of the two groups had no significant difference (P> 0.05), the nasal cavity repair time in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group, and there was a significant difference (P <0.05) in the efficiency of early treatment. Conclusion The preparation of Chinese medicine granules or decoction of Dan Huang liquid nasal lavage fluid, its physical and chemical indicators more in line with the physiological requirements of the nasal mucosa, nasal irrigation can effectively shorten the time of nasal mucosa repair and improve clinical efficacy.
