《中国居民膳食指南》(2007)是根据营养学原理,紧密结合我国居民膳食消费和营养状况的实际情况制定的,是指导广大居民实践平衡膳食,获得合理营养的科学文件。其目的是帮助我国居民合理选择食物,并进行适量的身体活动,以改善人们的营养和健康状况,减少或预防慢性疾病的发生,提高国民的健康素质。一般人群膳食指南适合于6岁以上的正常人群,根据该人群的生理特点和营养需要,结合我国居民膳食结构特点,制定了10个条目,以期达到平衡膳食,合理营养,保证健康的目的。
The “Dietary Guidelines for Chinese People” (2007) is based on principles of nutrition and is closely related to the actual conditions of Chinese residents’ dietary consumption and nutritional status. It is a scientific document that guides the general population to practice balanced diet and obtain reasonable nutrition. Its purpose is to help our residents to rationally choose their food and conduct appropriate physical activities to improve people’s nutrition and health, reduce or prevent the occurrence of chronic diseases and improve their health quality. The dietary guidelines for the general population are suitable for normal people over the age of 6. According to the physiological characteristics and nutritional needs of the population, combined with the dietary characteristics of residents in our country, 10 dietary guidelines are formulated to achieve a balanced diet, reasonable nutrition and healthy purpose.
