采用荧光金逆行标记和免疫荧光组织化学技术 ,观察了大鼠脑干 SP能神经元向腰骶髓后连合核(DCN)的投射状况。将 FG压力注入 DCN后 ,脑干中缝苍白核、中缝隐核、中缝大核和巨细胞网状核 α部腹外侧部的一些 FG逆标神经元呈现 SP样免疫反应阳性。结果表明 ,脑干的 SP能下行纤维可终止于脊髓DCN区。
Fluorescent gold retrograde labeling and immunofluorescence histochemistry were used to observe the projection of SP neurons in the brainstem to the posterior commissural nucleus of the lumbosacral spinal cord (DCN). After FG pressure was injected into DCN, some FG retrograde neurons in nucleus accumbens, synovectomized nucleus, medial septal macroglossia and giant cell mesangial nucleus showed SP-like immunoreactivity. The results show that the descending spine of the brainstem can terminate in the DCN area of the spinal cord.
