当前是国有企业深化改革的新时期,企业的党建工作和群团工作都出现了新的课题。企业只有适应新常态对企业党建群团工作的影响,并建立常态化机制,才能实现向现代企业制度管理的过渡。笔者将从新常态对新时期企业党建、企业群团工作的影响出发,提出企业党建在引领群团工作过程中存在的问题,并针对企业的运作情况提出改进措施,为铁路通信信号企业党建引领群团工作提供一些参考和借鉴,帮助企业建立常态化机制。
At present, the new stage of deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises has brought about new problems for party building and mass organizations in enterprises. Only by adapting to the influence of the new normal on the work of building a corporation by the party and by establishing a normalization mechanism can enterprises realize the transition to the management of the modern enterprise system.
