目的探讨以健康信念模式为基础的健康教育对临床不可触及且可疑乳腺肿块患者的认知、态度、行为的影响。方法对本科住院的临床不可触及且可疑乳腺肿块患者83例进行以健康信念模式为基础的健康教育,在向患者科普相关知识的同时,帮助患者认识疾病、接受治疗、选择最佳的诊断、治疗方式-麦默通微创旋切术(Mammotome)。健康教育前后发放问卷调查表,了解患者对乳腺肿块的认识、治疗态度及治疗方式的选择等。结果以健康信念模式为基础的健康教育,提高了患者对疾病的认识、改变了患者的治疗态度、改变了患者治疗的行为,健康信念教育前后相比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以健康信念模式为基础的健康教育,可以提高她们对自身疾病的认识、改变她们对疾病采取的行为、促使她们选择有效的治疗手段,从而使更多的可疑乳腺肿块患者得到及早的诊治。
Objective To explore the effects of health education based on health belief model on the cognition, attitude and behavior of patients with clinically inaccessible and suspicious breast masses. Methods A total of 83 patients with clinically inaccessible and suspicious breast lumps in hospital were enrolled in the health education based on the healthy and faithful pattern. They helped patients to know the disease, receive treatment, choose the best diagnosis and treatment Manner - Mammotome. Before and after the health education questionnaire was issued to understand the patient’s understanding of breast lumps, treatment attitude and treatment options. Results The health education based on the healthy belief pattern improved the patients ’awareness of the disease, changed the treatment attitude of the patients and changed the behavior of patients’ treatment. The difference was statistically significant before and after the education of health belief (P <0.05) . Conclusion Health education based on the healthy belief mode can improve their understanding of their own diseases, change their behavior on the disease, and encourage them to choose effective treatment so that more patients with suspected breast lumps can be diagnosed and treated sooner or later.
