目的分析2005-2014年信阳市平桥区乙类传染病的流行趋势,了解流行动态,为制定预防控制措施提供科学依据。方法采用描述性流行病学方法对平桥区户籍人口2005-2014年乙类传染病疫情资料进行分析。结果 2005-2014年累计报告乙类法定传染病16种30 334例,年平均发病率为450.45/10万;死亡265例,年平均死亡率为3.94/10万,病死率0.87%。发病率总体呈下降趋势。传播途径居首位的是血源及性传播传染病,年均发病率283.08/10万,其次为呼吸道传染病,年均发病率140.05/10万,肠道传染病年均发病率19.96/10万,虫媒及自然疫源性传染病年均发病率7.29/10万,新生儿破伤风年均发病率0.07/10万。结论 2005-2014年平桥区乙类传染病疾病谱略有改变。艾滋病、肺结核等传统传染病持续高发,并呈现新的流行特点。建议分类管理,进一步加大艾滋病等性传播传染病、肺结核的防控力度,同时继续加强肠道传染病的监测与防治,巩固其防治成果。
Objective To analyze the epidemic trend of class B infectious diseases in Pingqiao District of Xinyang City from 2005 to 2014, understand the epidemic trends and provide a scientific basis for making prevention and control measures. Methods Descriptive epidemiological methods were used to analyze the epidemic situation of B infectious diseases in 2005 ~ 2014 in Hukouqiao district. Results A total of 30 kinds of statutory infectious diseases of Class B were reported from 2005 to 2014, with an average annual incidence of 450.45 / 100 000; 265 deaths, the annual average mortality was 3.94 / 100 000 and the case fatality rate was 0.87%. The overall incidence showed a downward trend. The most common route of transmission was blood and sexually transmitted diseases, with an average annual incidence of 283.08 / lakh, followed by respiratory infectious diseases with an average annual incidence of 140.05 / lakh and an average annual incidence of intestinal infectious diseases of 19.96 / 10 The annual average incidence of infectious diseases of zoonoses and natural foci is 7.29 / lakh and the annual incidence of neonatal tetanus is 0.07 / lakh. Conclusion The disease spectrum of B infectious diseases in Pingqiao District changed slightly from 2005 to 2014. Traditional infectious diseases such as HIV / AIDS and tuberculosis continue to grow rapidly, presenting new epidemic characteristics. Proposed classification management, to further increase AIDS and other sexually transmitted diseases, tuberculosis prevention and control efforts, while continuing to strengthen the monitoring and prevention of intestinal infectious diseases, and consolidate its prevention and treatment results.
