目的通过对铜山区15年来在校中小学生营养状况的统计分析,为进一步开展中小学生膳食营养指导及采取有效干预措施,促进学生健康成长提供依据。方法采取随机抽样方法,对铜山区15所中小学校连续15年健康体检所获取的资料中,分别抽取1995年、2002年及2009年的健康体检资料,采用“中国学生7岁~22岁身高标准体重值(1995年)”评定学生营养状况。结果营养不良率、体质量超标和肥胖率分别为19.94%、6.52%、4.59%;营养不良率女生高于男生,中学生高于小学生;体质量超标和肥胖率小学生高于中学生。结论铜山区中小学生的营养状况具有性别、年龄差异,应针对不同性别、不同年龄阶段的学生采取综合的对应干预措施。
Objective By statistical analysis of nutritional status of primary and secondary school students in Tongshan District in the past 15 years, it provides the basis for further guiding the dietary nutrition of primary and middle school students and taking effective intervention measures to promote their healthy growth. Methods Random sampling method was adopted to select health examination data of 1995, 2002 and 2009 respectively from 15 primary and secondary schools in Tongshan District for health examination. The data of “Chinese students aged 7 to 22 years old Standard weight value (1995) ”Assessment of student nutrition status. Results Malnutrition rate, body weight overweight and obesity rates were 19.94%, 6.52% and 4.59% respectively. The rate of malnutrition was higher in girls than in boys and middle school students were higher than those in primary school. Excessive body weight and obesity rate were higher in primary school students than in secondary school students. Conclusion The nutritional status of primary and secondary school students in Tongshan District has gender and age differences. Comprehensive intervention measures should be taken for students of different genders and ages.
