今年7月5日,欧盟委员会公布了1份对华关系新政策的报告,提出“为欧盟—中国关系走向21世纪而制定一项长期的方针”。其中,发展经济贸易关系是该报告的一项重要内容。这份报告很自然地引起中国工商界人士的重视。发展对欧盟的经济贸易关系,建立长期的互利合作,既符合中国的利益,也符合欧洲的利益,而且,也会为建立世界经济新秩序带来好处。为了实现这个目的,有必要增加对欧盟的了解。
