近几年来,随着全国法医工作的全面开展,法医临床检验鉴定也迅速发展起来。就法院系统来看,约占工作量的80～90％,多数涉及民、刑事案件。临床法医鉴定结论已成为处理公安事件,调解民事纠纷,公断伤害赔偿,定罪量刑的重要依据。临床法鉴不仅关系到审判工作的质量问题,也是避免冤、假、错案发生的重要环节,成为审判工作不可缺少的组成部分。
In recent years, with the full implementation of forensic work throughout the country, forensic clinical laboratory identification also developed rapidly. The court system, accounting for about 80 to 90% of the workload, most involving civil and criminal cases. The conclusion of clinical forensic appraisal has become an important basis for handling public security incidents, mediating civil disputes, arbitral damages, conviction and sentencing. Clinical trial is not only related to the quality of trial work, but also an important part of avoiding injustice, falsehood and wrong case, and become an indispensable part of trial work.
