通过分析废旧瓦楞纸板(OCC)浆料的纤维形态、滤水性能及瓦楞原纸的物理强度性能,就打浆过程对二次纤维回用性能的影响进行了研究。实验结果表明,打浆能够有效改善OCC浆强度性能,浆料打浆度从19°SR升高到39°SR,成纸的裂断长、环压指数和耐破指数分别上升了39.38%、59.40%、66.67%;纸页的耐折度、撕裂指数呈现先上升后下降趋势。DFR动态滤水分析表明,浆料打浆度升高,滤水性能明显降低。高倍显微镜和SEM分析结果显示,打浆程度加重,纤维出现明显的分丝帚化及切断现象,纤维平均长度总体呈下降趋势。
The influence of beating process on the recycling performance of secondary fibers was studied by analyzing the fiber morphology, drainage performance and the physical strength properties of corrugated paper in waste corrugated cardboard (OCC). The experimental results show that the beating can effectively improve the strength properties of OCC, the beating degree increases from 19 ° SR to 39 ° SR, the breaking length, ring crush index and burst index increase by 39.38% and 59.40% respectively, , 66.67%; paper folding endurance, tear index showed the first increase after the downward trend. Dynamic water filtration analysis by DFR showed that the beating degree of the slurry increased and the drainage performance obviously decreased. The results of high magnification microscope and SEM showed that the degree of beating was aggravated, and the fibers appeared obvious broom brooming and cutting off, and the average fiber length tended to decrease.
