目的:调查精神科医生的心理资本和同情心疲劳,探讨两者相关性,了解精神科不同职称医生的心理状态。方法:采用分层随机抽样方法在徐州市东方人民医院、济宁安康医院、青岛第七人民医院三家精神专科医院选取精神科医生共90名,每家医院住院医师10名,主治医师15名,副高职称5名。采用心理资本量表(PCQ)和医护人员同情心疲劳量表问卷进行心理资本和同情心疲劳调查。结果:精神科医生的同情心缺乏与心理资本存在具有相关性。精神科副高医生自我效能、乐观和抗挫折能力高于住院医生(F=5.22;6.19;6.31,P<0.01),住院、主治和副高职称的精神紧张、热情丧失、能力怀疑三方面有明显的差异性(F=7.12;6.99;6.72,P<0.01)。结论:精神科不同职称生的心理资本与同情心均存在相关性,随着精神科医生职称的升高,工作能力得到相应提升,但也出现了心理疲劳,影响了工作效率及工作态度等。
Objective: To investigate the psychological capital and compassionate fatigue of psychiatrists, to explore the correlation between them and to understand the psychology of doctors with different professional titles in psychiatry. Methods: Stratified random sampling method was used to select 90 psychiatrists, 10 resident physicians in each hospital, 15 attending physicians and 3 assistant psychiatrists in three psychiatric hospitals in Dongzhou People’s Hospital of Xuzhou, Jining Ankang Hospital and Qingdao No.7 People’s Hospital. 5 high-level titles. Psychological capital and compassion fatigue survey was conducted using the Psychological Capital Inventory (PCQ) and the Medical Staff’s Symptomatic Heart Failure Scale Questionnaire. Results: The lack of sympathy for psychiatrists is related to the existence of psychological capital. Psychiatric sub-high physicians self-efficacy, optimism and anti-frustration ability higher than that of residents (F = 5.22; 6.19; 6.31, P <0.01), hospitalization, attending and deputy title of mental stress, loss of enthusiasm, ability to doubt three aspects Significant difference (F = 7.12; 6.99; 6.72, P <0.01). Conclusion: There is a correlation between mental capital and compassion in different professional titles of psychiatry. With the increase of professional titles of psychiatrists, the working ability is improved correspondingly, but mental fatigue also appears, which affects work efficiency and working attitude.
