目的:探讨抗呼吸道合胞病毒免疫核糖核酸有效控制婴幼儿下呼吸道感染的作用机理。方法:应用抗呼吸道合胞病毒免疫核糖核酸致敏BALB/c鼠以DOT-ELISA法和YC花环法检测其肺泡灌洗液中IgG抗体水平和腹腔巨噬细胞C3b受体数量。结果:抗呼吸道合胞病毒免疫核糖核酸能增强BALB/c鼠肺泡灌洗液中IgG抗体含量,并明显提高腹腔巨噬细胞YC花环形成百分率。结论:抗病毒i-RNA可增强宿主体液免疫和细胞免疫。
Objective: To investigate the mechanism of anti-respiratory syncytial virus RNAs in controlling infantile lower respiratory tract infection effectively. Methods: The BALB / c mice were sensitized with anti-respiratory syncytial virus RNAi to detect the level of IgG antibody in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid and the number of C3b receptors in peritoneal macrophages by DOT-ELISA and YC method. Results: Anti-respiratory syncytial virus RNase could enhance the level of IgG in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid of BALB / c mice and significantly increase the percentage of YC rosette formation in peritoneal macrophages. Conclusion: Antiviral i-RNA enhances host humoral and cellular immunity.
