血管新生是实体瘤生长和转移的必要条件。血管内皮细胞生长因子及其受体在肿瘤新生血管形成中起重要作用 ,成为肿瘤治疗的新靶点。一批新生血管抑制物正处于临床或临床前试验的研究阶段。
Angiogenesis is a necessary condition for the growth and metastasis of solid tumors. Vascular endothelial growth factor and its receptor play an important role in the formation of tumor neovascularization and become a new target for tumor therapy. A group of new blood vessel inhibitors is in the research stage of clinical or preclinical testing.
