目的 探讨我国汉族人群结核病易感性或称抗性与人类免疫遗传HLA—Ⅱ类基因的关系。方法 应用结核杆菌基因的PCR扩增,杂交检测试验方法对我国汉族人群中的结核病患者100例及147例无血缘关系的健康人HLA—Ⅱ类抗原的检测进行了对比研究。结果 结果表明:汉族人结核病(TB)组中HLA—Ⅱ基因出现的频率为43%,而对照组为8.3%,相对危险率(RR)则为0.1061(P<0.001),具有非常显著性差异,其它等位基因在结核病和正常人群中的分布未见关联。结论 HLA—Ⅱ基因就是我国汉族人群中结核病的易感性或称抗性基因。
Objective To investigate the relationship between susceptibility to tuberculosis (TB) or resistance to HLA-Ⅱ of human immunodeficiency in Chinese Han population. Methods The PCR detection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis was used to detect the HLA-Ⅱ antigen in 100 cases of tuberculosis patients and 147 cases of non-related healthy people in Han nationality in China. Results The frequency of HLA-Ⅱ gene expression was 43% in Han TB patients compared with 8.3% in controls and 0.1061 (P <0.001), with a significant difference , The distribution of other alleles in tuberculosis and normal population is not related. Conclusion HLA-Ⅱ gene is the susceptibility or resistance gene of tuberculosis in Chinese Han population.
